Welcome to our premium listings page where you can utilize the Berks County Yard Sales following on Facebook to create a Facebook event for your sale. By us creating an event, we instantly notify over 10,000 dedicated Berks County Yard Sale'ers of your sale, its location, and any other details you would like us to mention**. Event listings on Facebook are one of the best ways to allow people to RSVP and also puts the event in the mobile calendars of those who do RSVP so they don't forget about it.
In addition to your purchased premium listing, BCYS will also take the hassle out of you having to create a basic listing for your sale. We will take care of that for you if you haven't done so already!
Berks County Yard Sales accepts two types of premium listings. The first type is for general yard, garage, estate, and sidewalk sales and flea markets/craft fairs. The second type of listing is for Real Estate Sales/Auctions or Land Sales/Auctions. Be sure to choose the correct Premium Listing option in the store below.
Participating in our premium listing program is as easy as clicking on the graphic below, filling out the form that pops up after clicking on "Add To Cart," and completing your transaction**. Have questions or would like to add custom images to your Facebook listing? Simply email them to us at berkscountyys@yahoo.com along with your sale information and we will get them posted.
Premium listings for general sales are incredibly affordable compared to how much it can cost to advertise your event in the local newspaper. For just $10.00** we will create your event on our Facebook page and update it for you (up to three times) with any information you provide to us leading up to the date of your sale. Additionally, we will also create a basic listing for you as well so you only have to submit your information to us one time. Premium listings are available for all types of sales, including yard, garage, and sidewalk sales as well as flea markets and all types of craft fairs.
Premium listings for Real Estate Sales/Auctions or Land Sales/Auctions are priced at $50 and include the same perks and benefits as our general premium listings as noted above.**
